Stealthy Zucchini Meatballs
Ingredients

ground beef
95% lean

Cup
bread crumbs

cloves
garlic
minced

egg

Tbsp
Italian Seasoning
salt and pepper
to taste
1/2
small zucchini
1
(24-ounce)
jar of tomato sauce
try for a low-salt sauce
Instructions
Mix the first six ingredients together.
Shred the zucchini into the mixture. Mix everything together.
Mold the mixture into 1 1/2 –inch meatballs.
Place meatballs in the crock-pot. Pour the jar of sauce over the meatballs. Cook on low for 8 hours.
